We manage a comprehensive portfolio of properties and keep in touch with all our tenants. 

We provide you with confidential and convenient login access to your documentation through our website and an online Maintenance Request facility.

Our services include:

  • Obtaining proof of identity
  • Obtaining suitable references (up to a maximum of two per let)
  • Drawing up the tenancy agreement
  • Registering the deposit with the DPS
  • Preparation of the inventory
  • Check in
  • Administration for the duration of the tenancy
  • Renewing the tenancy agreement
  • Check out

Our charges

We only charge in accordance with ARLA Propertymark recommended permitted payments.

  • Holding Deposit – one week’s rent
  • 5 weeks deposit lodged with The Deposit Protection Service
  • Loss of keys/alarm/gate fob – replacement at cost
  • Variation of Contract (mid term) such as change of sharer – £50.00
  • Surrender of Tenancy (mid term) – outstanding rent chargeable until new tenant moves in or payable to the end of the fixed term
  • Out of Hours (non-emergency) – £15.00 per hour

We will clearly advertise a property at a higher rent if a tenant wishes to have a pet.
