Landlord services and fees

We offer a straightforward and efficient letting service for UK and expatriate landlords, communicating plainly and simply with regard to our fees. 

We provide a confidential login to your documentation on our website, so that you have access to it anytime and from anywhere.

We undertake to:

  • Find suitable tenants and look after them, as happy tenants tend to stay longer
  • Collect rent on time and provide you with a detailed monthly statement
  • Consult with our landlord’s first before spending landlord money to fix a problem
  • Never charge additional fees for any work performed on the property; the tradesman’s bill is included in your monthly statement
  • Hand-pick our tradesmen for reliability, workmanship, honesty and efficiency

Our Fees

We operate to competitive margins and our fee structure is a simple 10% monthly management fee and that’s it. 

This includes drawing up the tenancy agreement, an inventory with photos, check in, check out, six month routine property inspections, ending a tenancy or renewing it.

If you prefer, we also provide a Let Only service being a ‘one off’ fee of 50% of the first month’s rent and no additional charges if at the end of the tenancy the tenant wishes to leave or renew. 

Any additional requirements such as Gas Safety, Energy Performance or Electrical Certificates plus Inventories, are discussed with you first and charged at cost.
