Story

Keypad Properties started in response to the need for a residential property management company that cares about the landlord, the landlord’s property and the tenant. We opened our doors in 2014 and, based on growing client demand, expanded into property sales in 2021.

In an industry of muted similarity, our logo represents individuality. This applies to who we are as a business and how we address the many and varied needs of each our clients. Every interaction is personal. You talk to us, not a database or admin assistant.

People

Jane: We’re probably best described as friendly, relatable, residential property custodians and estate agents. I have more than 20 years of experience in residential property letting and sales. I am also ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) registered.

Suzanne: I have a BSc degree and MBA. Prior to us starting Keypad Properties, I ran a successful business. Together, we act as intermediaries to make the residential property management, buying and sales process as easy, rewarding and stress-free as possible. I am also NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) registered.
