Caring for properties and tenants

We want the property our tenants rent to feel like home so that they take care of your property as though it were their own. More than simply handing over keys, we stay in touch. We listen and respond to queries and attend to maintenance requests as promptly as possible.


Tenancy services

  • Acquiring suitable tenant references (maximum of two per let)
  • Securing tenant proof of identity
  • Drawing up the tenancy agreement
  • Preparing a Schedule of Condition (property contents and condition)
  • Registering the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service)
  • Conducting a tenant check-in
  • Handling all administration for the duration of the tenancy
  • Carrying out regular inspections
  • Renewing the tenancy agreement / conducting a tenant check-out
